- ground beef
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- romaine lettuce
- iceberg lettuce
- shredded cheddar cheese
- diced dill pickles
- chopped onion

For the Big Mac Sauce (aka “Special Sauce”):
- mayonnaise
- plain greek yogurt
- dill pickles
- yellow mustard
- white vinegar
- paprika
- onion

Big Mac Salad
If you’ve gone Keto, low carb, or simply looking for a lighter meal, this Big Mac guilt free salad is done in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon vinegar
- 4 Teaspoons mustard
- 2 Tablespoon finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 Tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 1.5 Tablespoons sugar optional: swerve or monk fruit
- 1 Teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 lb cooked hamburger
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 1 small head iceberg half of a large
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 3/4 cup finely chopped dill pickle or throw in whole slices!
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef and drain grease. Set aside.
- Combine all sauce ingredients together. Give it a good stir.
- Chop lettuce and add to a large bowl. Combine the remaining salad ingredients then toss with the sauce just before serving.
- Top with additional sauce, sesame seeds and serve immediately.
