A refreshing twist on your classic ‘lemon drop’ martini recipe. Enjoy this cocktail any time of the year, but especially after treating yourself to a night at Flemings, which is where this knock-off martini came from. Now you can craft this goodness right at home.

Coat the rim of a glass with lemon juice, then roll around in some sugar. I’m never neat with this process. Leads to more sugar, which is the goal.

Muddle some blueberries at the bottom of your shaker glass, then add ice, lemon juice, vodka, and simple syrup.

Shake, shake, shake. Look how gorgeous this color is!

I broke my cocktail shaker with the built in strainer, so this is the way we go around here. Use whatever you have! If you don’t strain it, the blueberry skins and seeds just get in your way.
