Homemade pizza made easy with this sourdough pizza dough. Each bag of dough is roughly 530g - enough to make two 12" pizzas.

 

Aren't ready to use same day? No problem. Its good in the fridge for up to 4 days. Let come to room temperature before using. 

 

How I use this pizza dough: 

Let dough come to room temperature. Preheat oven to 450 degrees with a pizza stone inside the oven. Meanwhile divide into two equal pieces and shape into a tight ball to rest while oven preheats. 

 

Flour your surface, and roll out dough. Then lay on parchment paper. Add your toppings. Slide on to hot pizza stone and bake at 450 degrees for 15ish minutes or until the crust is golden/lightly charred!
